I’ve always loved giving everyday items a sense of life. When I shared my idea with my husband, he fully embraced it, and with his 3D printer, he turned my dream into a reality. Now, we want to share that happiness with you. Our hope is that these creations bring a smile to your face, just like they do to mine.

Product & Material

  • Where are our products made?

All our creations are lovingly made in our husband-and-wife-owned studio in Burnaby, Canada. Every item is designed and crafted with care to ensure it brings joy to your home!

  • What material do we use?

Our 3D printed products are made from high-quality PLA. PLA is a biodegradable and non-toxic material made from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane.

  • Are the products safe for children?

Our little creations are designed primarily for older children and adults (ages 10+). While they are durable, they are not intended as toys for toddlers and should not be chewed on.

  • How should I care for my product?

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this can warp the material. Dust gently with a soft cloth or a small brush when needed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • When will my order ship?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed!

  • Where will my order ship from?

All orders will be shipped from Burnaby, BC, Canada.

  • How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For shipments to North America, the estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days. Delivery times to destinations outside North America can vary significantly. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control.

  • How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within North America, we charge a flat rate of $7 CAD ($5 USD). For destinations outside North America, shipping costs will vary based on the location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Can I change, update or cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order. Please make sure to verify your information is correct before placing your order or contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order.

  • Am I able to return or exchange my purchase?

Due to the nature of our small business, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you have a problem with your order, such as damaged and defected products, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
